As we all know, Christmas is approaching! Woot woot. Considering the economic crisis that has been effecting the WHOLEEE WORLLDDD lately...I (along with Romina and Razelle) have suggested that we do Secret Santa this year instead of spending bundles of money on each person. Yes, we <3 every one of you and would like to splurge on gifties for everyone...but dudes...FINANCIAL CRISIS! Hahaha. So instead of having to think about gifts for everyone that can fit in our tiny student budgets...we'll be able to pick out a super duper awesome gift for whoever we get to gift! Haha. Let's lay down the two main guidelines.

1. Whoever we 'bunot' is who we give our super amazingly awesome gift of awesomeness to this Christmas! Minimum budget is ______? (Us three have been thinking P300...but this is, uh, negotiable. Lol)
2. Still want to spread the Maverick <3? If yes, we still can! Except for if you want to gift to someone who ish not your 'bunoted' person, lol there is a maximum budget of _______? (P100?P50? HAHAHA)

...you know what this means...Christmas partayyyyy! Lol. When? Where?

Hey Vina, wait, how do we do the Secret Santa if we're all so far apart? Oh, I'm glad you asked. Lol.
There are two options:

Option #1: We can use this Secret Santa website that I found on the net. It has this 'virtual hat' thing where it picks our our secret 'bunotee's name through email. It also has this wishlist thingy...and other features that I have forgotten.So there's that. Link drop! http://www.secretsanta.com/ Check out the Secret Santa one because that's what I kind of "started" for us.

Option #2: We all input codenames into a certain place (probably a blog...where all of us know the password). Secret Santa high school style. Your 'bunotee' is the one who gives the gift. Once everyone puts in their codenames, I'll, um, make a program that will do the bunoting for us. Lol. US4 (Romina, Razelle, Migel, and I) shall witness the 'bunoting' take place together. After this we'll upload the results on that same blog. We can also do the wishlist thing on the blog too. Yeah.

today, i rode a taxi back home. the ride cost P52.50, oh the annoying P1.50 intervals of riding an aircon taxi. i gave him a 50 peso bill, then hoped that when i opened the coin compartment of my wallet that i only had two pesos left. but no, it was a five peso coin. i took the five peso coin out and gave it to the taxi drvir. *pause* here i sit thinking that this taxi driver will be like most taxi drivers, he'll give me two pesos as my change even though he COULD give me the .50 because it's the right thing to do. or he could be generous and give me three pesos. but no taxi driver gives the three pesos. they just don't. *play* i wait as he rummages through his coins. when i held out my hand...to my surprise...he gave me three pesos. wow. what a nice taxi driver. i know it's kind of useless of me to care about a measly 50 cent difference in change. it's just that, usually taxi drivers round up...i didn't think there were taxi drivers out there who rounded down. apparently there are. and i met one. how lucky of me.
